Between 2020 and 2022 Basis principals strategically disposed of 2 million SF of real estate with a market cap of over $650M of owned and developed assets throughout the US.
We believe that Multi-Tenant warehouse economic fundamentals continue to stay strong as limited construction and strong demand have caused market rents to continue to appreciate.
The Self-Storage sector is resilient and has outperformed the other major REIT sectors in terms of both annualized returns and annual volatility for over 20 years.
